Fee Schedule

The consulting fees quoted are for time spent on assignments and travel. All expenses related to programs or assignments, such as travel, lodging, telephone, computer simulations, material purchases, and other items specifically agreed upon, are to be borne by the client at cost. All air travel is expected to be in first class, or business class when available, using upgrades whenever possible. For extended assignments please request our Extended Contracts Fee Schedule.

An annual retainer is offered for non-litigation consulting, which entitles the client to telephone consultations and incidental consultations on occasions such as conferences and meetings.

• Annual Retainer Fee $ 5,000.- Annually
• Consulting Fees $ 2800.- per day

For short assignments of less than six (6) hours, as well as testimony at depositions and in court, a 50% premium to the hourly rate applies.

• Two-Day Workshops $ 600.- per attendee ($ 6,000.- minimum) plus travel time and costs
• One-Day Workshops $ 350.- per attendee ($ 3,500.- minimum) plus travel time and costs
• Half-Day Workshops $ 250.- per attendee ($ 3,000.- minimum) plus travel time and costs
• Half-Day Executive Briefing $ 2,500.- plus travel time and costs

All invoices will be rendered with a 10% late-payment surcharge, which can be deducted when the invoice is paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
